Here at SabroFitness, I strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your workout goals and your life. That’s why I have created such a wide array of different workout options for you. From mountain(road) biking on weekends to swimming lessons in the bay in the afternoon, lifting heavy or just getting toned in the gym, I try to cover all the choices you could possibly need or want. Together with my clients we have done lots of challenging races, from triathlons, 100 miles bike rides, or Spartan Races( if you don't mind getting dirty).
