I’m Sabin Balint of Sabrofitness. This website is dedicated to everyone who wants to improve their fitness health and perform at their best. My goal is to give you the tools to better understand how to live a healthy life.

I will provide you with  information on how to achieve proper fitness training fundamentals. You will improve performance, decrease the risk of injury and learn recovery techniques. You will also learn healthy nutrition choices. My focus is to provide individualized training based on goals and lifestyle by developing programs that will make you feel great.

My training program is based on three phases: stabilization, strength and power.

The Stabilization Phase identifies and addresses the body’s mechanical imbalances by increasing flexibility, enhancing joint stability and improving postural control.

The Strength Phase increases lean body mass while reducing body fat.

The Power Phase and the ultimate in fitness training, focuses on force and speed strength.
